How long do transfers take?

Most transfers arrive within minutes to a few hours. Exact timing depends on the corridor and payout method. Same-day delivery is available on all major routes.

What are your fees?

We charge a transparent spread on the mid-market rate plus a fixed transfer fee. You'll see the full cost including exactly what your recipient receives before you confirm.

Is Ntradex regulated?

Yes. We are a FINTRAC-registered Money Services Business in Canada and registered under the Bank of Canada's Retail Payment Activities Act. See our full compliance page.

What countries can I send to?

We currently support over 80+ countries with corridors from Canada, Australia, the UK, and the US to Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya, with more countries coming in 2026. View all corridors.

How do I verify my identity?

KYC verification is required for all accounts. You'll need a government-issued ID and proof of address. The process is fully digital and typically takes under 10 minutes.
